Katherine is my coach and helped me find the confidence I needed to get my dream job. I’ve been at this new company for about a month now and I was asked to lead our annual strategic planning meeting with the executive leadership team. It went so well and everyone was so engaged.
I’m on my road tour now, my “listening tour” where I take it all in and get people excited. They’ve never seen HR in the field so much. It feels perfect for me at this point in my career and life.
